Wild Passes are non-transferable and can only be used for the person they were purchased for.
Violation of this policy will result in your pass being suspended or revoked without notice.

• The purchase and use of these passes are subject to all the rules, terms, and conditions in the "Official Guide to Amusement Piers & Beachfront Water Parks".
  
  
• All riders are subject to height, weight, and age restrictions.
  
  
• All accidents or injuries must be reported in accordance with posted instructions.
  
  
• All claims of any kind, including claims for personal injury, may only be brought in the courts of Cape May County, NJ.
